Restaurant Makeover challenges two restaurant industry top guns to work their magic. They both have one week to overhaul a local eatery and launch it. It will then be reviewed by the owners, the regulars as well as the city's top food critics.
Their next assignment asks these top guns to work wonders on that "mom and pop" restaurant on the corner, where the chef makes smudged additions to the menu with a ballpoint pen and hasn't cleaned the grill in over a year.
