Ransom is a game show where the star is not only the contestant, but their family too as all their reactions are caught on spy cam. In order to win the prize money, the contestant must overcome a series of obstacles, tasks and challenges. They will start with a backpack full of ransom money and every time they fail a task, or request help, they will lose part of the cash, therefore decreasing the amount of the final prize. The prize will be more or less depending on the efforts and the luck of the contestant. The contestant must not lose their physical and mental skills if they wish to spend the least amount possible.
